Do the Fender Custom Shop do Restorations?

Do the Fender Custom Shop do restorations, and if so how much?I have an old guitar ( an '87 MIJ Squier Stratocaster ) I would like to find out if they would partially restore it, it has a cool Phoenix my step-son burned into it and i want to keep that but have the rest restored.

No, they will merely refer you to a local authorized Fender repair center, which could simply be your local guitar shop.
